All skill levels; Rec/shinny hockey

Must be 18 years and older; no age limit

Teams will be drafted prior to the start of the season

Two 25 minute run time periods and a 5 minute break between periods per game

Two time slots for our Monday night skates

Referee will control the skate
-
USA Hockey rules will govern play
-
No body checking, fighting or slap-shots
-
Players responsible for their own gear
-
No substitute or drop-in skaters; must be a fully paid member of HNIGF to skate

Goalies play for free
-
Play at your own risk

Starts October 7th through the end of March

Play one game a week (Mondays) unless holiday falls on a Monday
